Check background refresh

After about two weeks of use, I got a messenger from my provider that I had used up most of my data for the month.
I have wifi at home and rarely stream any videos outside.
It turned out this app had been preloaded with background refresh function turned-on and used about 2.2gb of my data in just two weeks. This app forced me to buy more data and it really blows.
